Our community based science program...
Youth Explorations in Science (YES) has been providing science programs to community organizations for over a decade throughout the United States and in over 25 countries. Our kits enable organizations, such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4H Clubs, schools and libraries, to provide science enrichment for students out of school settings and projects that continue to provide excitement and learning in the home. Developed within the national science standards, the projects are most suitable for grades three through seven (ages 9-14) and enhance the content in elementary science curricula.

An after school adventure where students explore science with exciting hands-on science kits
So much of the investigating, creating, exploring and just tinkering with science oriented projects have drifted from student lives. Thus students do not have the opportunity to develop an experiential understanding of how things are made or how they work. That wonderful sense of accomplishment a student feels when they build their own electric circuit, weather station, catapult, motor or solar car is missing from their everyday life.
Our organization develops and produces hands on science kits for programming in schools and community centers. We have created thousands of programs in elementary schools, YMCAs, Boys and Girls clubs, Girl Scouts, 4-H clubs, libraries, etc.
